Our Commitment
Our handcrafted products carry a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To maintain the integrity of our organic ingredients, your item must be:
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unused and unlathered.
- In its original, unopened packaging.
- With all hygiene seals and shrink-wrap intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are considered Final Sale:
- Any product showing signs of use, consumption, or tampering.
- Products with broken safety seals.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during sales or with limited-time discount codes cannot be returned.
The Refund Process
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Email support@mallowforall.com with a photo of the damage to begin the exchange.
Gifts & Curated Collections
We understand that Mallow For All products are often shared as tokens of wellness. Our policy for gifted items is as follows:
- Gift Returns: If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a digital gift credit for the full value of the return once we receive the item.
- Original Purchaser Refunds: If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (the gift giver).
- Hygiene Standards: Please note that even for gifts, the 7-day window applies, and the hygiene seal must remain unbroken for the return to be accepted..

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
